Pelindungan data pribadi (Kebijakan Privasi)
12.1 Pengendali data pribadi adalah PT Kredo AUM. Kontak untuk urusan data pribadi: email privasi.
12.2 Data yang Kami proses: identitas dan kontak (nama, email, nomor WhatsApp atau telepon); alamat pengiriman dan, bila Pembeli memilih Lalamove, titik lokasi di peta; rincian pesanan serta status dan metode pembayaran (bukan nomor kartu); dan data teknis seperti alamat IP untuk keamanan dan pembatasan penyalahgunaan, pilihan bahasa, serta isi keranjang dan kode affiliate yang disimpan di peramban.
12.3 Tujuan dan dasar pemrosesan: pemenuhan perjanjian jual beli (memproses pesanan, pembayaran, pengiriman, klaim, purna jual, dan komunikasi tentang pesanan); kewajiban hukum (pencatatan, perpajakan, perlindungan konsumen); kepentingan yang sah (keamanan sistem dan pencegahan penipuan atau penyalahgunaan voucher); dan persetujuan Pembeli (promosi, yang terpisah dan opsional). Persetujuan promosi dapat ditarik kapan saja (Pasal 20–22 UU PDP).
12.4 Data dibagikan hanya sebatas kebutuhan kepada: penyedia pembayaran (Xendit); ekspedisi (JNE, TIKI, Lion Parcel, Lalamove) berupa nama, nomor telepon, alamat, dan titik lokasi; penyedia teknologi yang menjalankan Situs (hosting, email transaksional, perhitungan ongkir, dan layanan peta OpenStreetMap yang menerima alamat jalan yang diketik Pembeli, tanpa nama atau kontak, untuk menempatkan titik di peta); serta otoritas bila diwajibkan hukum. Kami tidak menjual data pribadi.
12.5 Sebagian penyedia teknologi berada di luar Indonesia. Kami memastikan pelindungan yang sepadan sesuai UU PDP (Pasal 56). Konfirmasi lokasi setiap penyedia
12.6 Data disimpan selama diperlukan untuk tujuan di atas dan sesuai kewajiban hukum, termasuk kewajiban penyimpanan data transaksi menurut PP 80/2019 (Pasal 25: data transaksi keuangan paling singkat 10 tahun, data lain paling singkat 5 tahun). Konfirmasi masa simpan dengan konsultan
12.7 Pembeli berhak atas informasi, akses dan salinan, perbaikan, penghapusan atau penghentian pemrosesan, penarikan persetujuan, keberatan, penundaan atau pembatasan pemrosesan, ganti rugi, dan portabilitas data (Pasal 5–13 UU PDP). Ajukan lewat kontak pada 12.1. Permintaan akses dan perbaikan Kami tanggapi paling lambat 3×24 jam (Pasal 30 dan 32 UU PDP).
12.8 Kami menerapkan pengamanan teknis dan organisasi yang wajar. Jika terjadi kegagalan pelindungan data pribadi, Kami memberi tahu Pembeli secara tertulis paling lambat 3×24 jam (Pasal 46 UU PDP).

Personal data protection (Privacy Policy)
12.1 The personal-data controller is PT Kredo AUM. Contact for personal-data matters: privacy email.
12.2 Data We process: identity and contact (name, email, WhatsApp or phone number); delivery address and, if the Buyer chooses Lalamove, the map location; order details and payment status and method (not card numbers); and technical data such as IP address for security and abuse limits, language choice, and the cart contents and affiliate code stored in the browser.
12.3 Purposes and bases: performing the sale contract (processing orders, payment, delivery, claims, after-sales and order communications); legal obligations (record keeping, tax, consumer protection); legitimate interests (system security and preventing fraud or voucher abuse); and the Buyer's consent (marketing, which is separate and optional). Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time (Art. 20–22 of the PDP Law).
12.4 Data is shared only as needed with: the payment provider (Xendit); couriers (JNE, TIKI, Lion Parcel, Lalamove) as name, phone number, address and map location; technology providers that run the Site (hosting, transactional email, shipping-cost calculation, and the OpenStreetMap map service, which receives the street address the Buyer types, without name or contact details, to place the pin on the map); and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
12.5 Some technology providers are outside Indonesia. We ensure equivalent protection as required by the PDP Law (Art. 56). Confirm each provider's location
12.6 Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations, including transaction-data retention under GR 80/2019 (Art. 25: financial transaction data at least 10 years, other data at least 5 years). Confirm retention periods with a consultant
12.7 The Buyer has the right to information, access and a copy, correction, deletion or ending of processing, withdrawal of consent, objection, delay or restriction of processing, compensation, and data portability (Art. 5–13 of the PDP Law). Submit requests through the contact in 12.1. We respond to access and correction requests within 3×24 hours (Art. 30 and 32 of the PDP Law).
12.8 We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. If a personal-data protection failure occurs, We notify the Buyer in writing within 3×24 hours (Art. 46 of the PDP Law).
